Sellers register to create listings, and buyers register to browse inventory. It’s free to sign up, create listings and browse inventory.

Step 2: Seamless Communication And Negotiation

Our integrated chat portal streamlines communication between buyers and sellers. With AI-curated guidance, we navigate you through the entire negotiation process, concluding with an agreed-upon price and all other logistics. We ensure both parties progress steadily, feeling confident and relying on our straightforward, yet comprehensive approach to reaching a buyers and sellers agreement.

Step 3: Secure And Efficient Transactions

Upon reaching a consensus on terms, purchase price, shipping arrangements, and other logistics, buyers proceed to remit the full agreed-upon payment amount through the BASI portal. Our platform then manages the payment process, ensuring a secure and efficient transaction.

Step 4: Swift Fulfillment And Delivery

Sellers are promptly notified once BASI receives payment from the buyer and sellers are notified to dispatch the agreed-upon inventory to the buyer – through pre-established shipping terms. This process is executed within a predetermined timeframe and to a location agreed upon by both parties.

Step 5: Transaction Finalization

Only upon successful delivery and confirmation of the inventory by the buyer, payment is released to the seller, with BASI deducting applicable fees as agreed in the contract.
